MILLING The milling service that we provide using our Lucas Dedicated Slabber can produce unique timber slabs from suitable trunks. Being portable, the machine is very convenient in bad access situations. The power-head is mounted on wheels and requires a minimum clearance of 1100mm. These slabs can be turned into furniture that could be passed down through generations.

MULCHING We manage the smaller branches and foliage that are pruned from the trees by processing this material through our 6” wood-chipper. The benefits of mulch are truly amazing and our chipper produces a very fine grade of mulch with a consistently small chip size. This enables the mulch to break down quicker and benefit the garden sooner than mulch produced by the larger machines. Mulching is a service that we offer to complement our tree surgery and not a separate service by itself.

SLAB SALES Rather than carting countless tons of timber to the tip to contribute to greenhouse gas production, we have spent the extra money and taken the extra time to mill as much valuable timber as possible.
