CPD Tree Services is located in the picturesque Helena Valley, 30 minutes east of Perth.

Michael and Sandra Byrne have been providing a quality arboricultural service to the locality since 1993, with the personal touch that only a family business can provide.

With years of industry know-how, CPD Trees offer outstanding experience and skills in tree management services. Our skills base is constantly upgraded by maintaining active membership in the Tree Guild of WA (TGWA) and the International Society of Arboriculture – Australian Chapter (ISAAC).

Michael Byrne (owner/operator) is a Certified Tree Surgeon and is one of the most competent tree climbers in the state. Michael has served in several roles within the TGWA during his decade of membership. He was the director for the WA Tree Climbing Championships from 2004-06 and had a significant impact on the arboriculture industry by introducing WA’s first international format climbing competition, weekend Arbor camps and training workshops.

At CPD, we rarely use large equipment and do not rely on elevated work platforms. Therefore, we are able to keep our carbon emissions and environmental impact to a minimum. In addition, we have strategies in place to reduce waste, such as mulching and milling. The effort that we put into various recycling strategies to minimise any waste of valuable tree material demonstrates our dedication to sustainability.
